Milano spesso nasconde posti interessanti,  girando, con un po’ di pazienza e spirito di avventura si può ancora rimanere piacevolmente stupiti. E’ il caso di Trita un localino in via 24 Maggio 6, in zona navigli per intenderci. Wait segnala nuove tendenze, tutto ciò che è cool ed emergente in giro per il mondo, nuovi talenti in ogni campo, per questo oggi scriviamo di Trita . In questo locale si cucinano degli Hamburger davvero eccezionali. L’idea è interessante, infatti potrete scegliere il tipo di pane, il tipo di carne(noi abbiamo provato un Black Angus da 200 gr), il peso, il modo in cui farcire il vostro Hamburger e il tipo di cottura, il tutto guardando la preparazione grazie alla finestra che dà sulla cucina. La carne è tritata fresca e di qualità. Il locale pulito ed elegante non è molto grande ha un tavolo centrale e alcuni posti a bancone sulle pareti, però a fine serata o prima di cominciarla un Hamburger qui potrebbe darvi la carica giusta. Adatto per due chiacchiere o per un po’ di tranquillità. Se poi la carne non vi bastasse potrete accompagnare il vostro piatto con una porzione di patatine tagliate a fette anzichè a spicchi. La qualità dei prodotti serviti è ottima. Consigliamo a tutti un esperienza qui, sia agli amanti degli Hamburger che agli scettici, siamo sicuri che non resterete delusi. Il concorso patrocinato dall’ADI ( Associazione per il disegno Industriale) partito il 15 marzo concluderà la sua prima fase il 15 maggio con la selezione dei progetti migliori che potranno essere sviluppati poi nella fase successiva. Il tema del concorso è “Electronics for urban Mobility” ed è riservato a tutti i giovani designer sotto i 30 anni. Le iscrizioni potranno essere effettuate tramite questo sito: www.samsungyoungdesignaward.com il primo premio sarà di 5000 euro, al quale si potrà sommare lo speciale Gran Premio della Giuria di 15 mila euro e uno stage di 3 mesi presso Samsung.
