Ha disegnato il calendario della Singha Beer 2011 e trovo che i suoi disegni siano davvero interessanti. Ise è Thailandese e si capisce dal tratto molto orientale dei suoi disegni. Vi lascio il link del suo sito, per ora è freelance, ma ha sicuramente grandi potenzialità.

Alita è un fumetto nato nel 1991 dalla matita del grande illustratore giapponese Yukito Kishiro. Le qualità artistiche di questo manga sono indubbie, storia coinvolgente azione, ma soprattutto disegni unici nati dalla mano e dalla mente di un grande artista . L’uscita italiana di questa serie risale al 1997, la prima serie comprende 18 volumetti. Visto l’enorme successo riscosso dal 2001 è uscito un sequel ancora in corso dal nome: Alita Last Order.
Alita è il personaggio di un mondo cyberpunk decadente, lei è un cyborg ritrovato in una discarica e ricostruito da uno scienziato. Alita non ricorda molto del suo passato e vive di flashback che con il procedere della storia si faranno sempre più chiari svelandone a poco a poco la trama. Alita scoprirà di essere una macchina da guerra che vive una seconda vita alla ricerca della memoria perduta nella prima.
James Cameron ha capito subito le potenzialità di questa storia tanto che ne ha acquisito i diritti e sembra che già dal 2013 si potrà ammirare sul grande schermo questa sua nuova creatura che a detta di molti potrebbe segnare una nuova rivoluzione nel mondo cinematografico fatto di effetti speciali e azione.
Se siete appassionati, ma anche se non lo siete, leggetevi questo manga, ne vale la pena e poi è la celebrazione di un artista di grande qualità e spessore. Adoro le sue illustrazioni.

Tutti conosciamo Hellboy, eroe dei fumetti con tanto di trasposizione cinematografica. Szoki è un illustratore ungherese che si cimenta spesso con rappresentazioni di vari eroi. Questi poster sono magnifici. Non so quanto possano essere quotati, ma sto già provvedendo a procurarmene uno!

Si fa chiamare Ry Spirit ed ha un profilo su Deviantart e su Facebook. E’ un illustratore steampunk veramente bravo. Non si sa molto di lui, ma i suoi lavori parlano da soli.
