Frye, fondata nel 1863 è la più antica azienda di calzature ininterrottamente operativa in USA. Al B&B oltra ai suoi grandi classici (stivali, tra cui il leggendario Harness boot), ci ha sopreso con una collezione completa ed alcuni pezzi che qui vedete fotografati.

Il pezzo forte è lo stivaletto in versione low e mid che vedete nella foto qui in alto. Esteticamente pensiamo che sia uno dei capi must delle prossime stagioni (già visto in Timberland, Red Wing e molte altre aziende). Oltre ai materiali premium e alla costruzione eccezionale (tra le mani è di una qualità e solidità impressionante) ciò che ci ha stupito è il prezzo: la versione mid dovrebbe uscire al pubblico ad un prezzo di 158 euro. Stiamo parlando davvero di una scarpa che vi mettete nell’armadio e potete usare per 30 anni e poi passare ai vostri figli. Dobbiamo congratularci con Frye che in questo momento economico riesce a proporre un prodotto di tale qualità, che altre aziende proporrebbero (e propongono) a cifre tra i 200 e i 350 euro.

Altro pezzo clou sono i desert boot in un pellame extra-soft e in colorazioni ad effetto ‘bagno di colore’.

The key-piece is the boot you see pictured in the top picture (available in mid and low shape). We think this will be the must-have of next seasons (we have seen it in many other companies such as Timberland and Red Wing). The shoe, taken in our hands, expressed an amazing quality and solidity. But the real hot point is the retail price: should be sold at 158 euro on the market. We must congratulate the company that in such economical moment is able to offer a product that you can use for next 30 years and then by your sons…at a price other brand will put out at 200/350 euro.
Another key-piece is the desert boot offered in super smooth leather and in a beautiful palette with a bath color effect.
